Gillian Victoria Interiors

Established in 2019, Gillian Victoria Interiors, was created by Gillian Keeling and Victoria Hughes.

Based in Sevenoaks, Kent we first met while studying Interior Design and hit it off instantly, bonding over a love for colour, pattern and most importantly Prosecco!

While our styles are slightly different our personalities, work ethic and attention to detail are the same.

When designing we take factors into consideration like what the client has specified, practicality of how the room will function and lighting. We always sketch layouts to help clients visualise the proposal.

Our unique styles work well together to offer clients an all encompassing design experience, and to create a space that is not only beautiful but functional.

Gillian Keeling

Originally from Dublin, I moved to the UK in my early twenties to study and for some sunshine! After qualifying I spent time working in the city of London but left to start a family in 2001. As the children were growing up, I followed my heart and began studying for an Interior Design qualification.

I have a love for contemporary design, but I have an appreciation and can work with a variety of styles, as long as a few cushions are included!

I live in Sevenoaks with my three children and husband Steve, who does not share my passion for cushions!

Victoria Hughes

I grew up in London and from a young age I have always loved design. As a child, I was always drawing, designing clothes for dolls and painting with my mum. Now, I redesign my friend’s houses in my head before I go to sleep. (did I just say that out loud!) My career took a different path working in the city and running a company with my husband. Once I had children and gave up my job it was finally my chance to pursue my lifelong ambition in Interior Design.

I would say my style would be a mixture of old and new. I simply adore and appreciate the design and quality of vintage pieces and what they have to offer but as a designer I’m excited by what’s new and now. I do love to mix designer pieces into my schemes to give that luxury feel.
